Living Demonstration

The Eden Project is a living demonstration of regeneration. In a couple of years the team have transferred an exhausted clay pit into a stunning lost world reminding us of what we can do once we set our minds to it. In the Warm Temperature Biome you can travel to South Africa and California and walk amongst orange and lemon trees, old olive groves and gnarled vines.
Outdoors, the crescent shaped terraces tell the story of plants that have changed the world and which could change your future. Hemp and sunflowers are growing here under the warm Cornish sun.

Education

Education is the heart of the Eden Project, no matter how old you are. The public education programme hosts a series of seasonal events with workshops, storytelling, live performance and demonstrations. There is a comprehensive school’s programme where education workshops have been designed to make learning interactive, hugely enjoyable and a sensory experience.
